Slice the pork and discard the veins n skins then pour in dark soy sauce, black pepper, sesame oil and marinate. Wrap it up with clear wraps and leave it in the fridge till its ready to b stir fried. When its time to fry it just pour everything into a pan n add in water. when the meat is cook add in some corn starch with water to thickens the sauce. Charlene's Brown rice prorridge (This is quite a failure cos I added too much water, wakkakak)
Cut up potatoes and throw in some pork together with the rice. This is how it looks like before cooking.
This it how it turns out. wakkaakka.........Charlene doesnt like it at all. So sad.....got to try again. kekeke.....

Our Dinner!!! I really must compliment myself on this one, cos its super yummilicious!!! ekekkekek........call mi "lao wang mai kwa, zi mai zi kwa" hahaha......
