32 weeks into pregnancy. I am reaching the finishing line of my pregnancy and seeing our little girl soon. Nowadays I am always having mixed emotions. Will I be able to look after our girl by myself? Will I be a good mother? How our girl looks like? Praying everyday that she will have good health and is a cheerful baby. I didnt even think of myself nowadays. Everything is our baby. I think the same goes to my dear too. Is that parenthood? I am so so tired nowadays, didnt want to do anything but laze around. I miss my dear........when he comes back we got lotsa of things to do then. I haven started washing Charlene's clothes. So when my dear back must ask him to wash Charlene's new clothes and bedsheets le, or else Charlene's got nothing to wear le. Guess in another 2 to 3 weeks I got to pack my hospital bags as well. Aiyo......I am so excited and scare now. Dunno how's everything going to change after Charlene's arrival. How's my labour going to be? Will my dear dear be working that day? The more I think the scarier it gets. There are so many question mark in me. I better relax myself and enjoy the rest of this wonderful pregnancy. Luckily I still very good in "zhi wo an wei". or else I think long ago I would have suffer from post natal depression liaos. wakkakakak.........

This morning breakfast. Wholemeal bread, lettuce, tomatoes, magarine, ham and cheese with milk. Healthy bo? kekekek.........but when i went to my gynae's office to take the test kit my glucose test still high leh, like 8.4. suppose to be between 6 to 8. But hor suppose to take 2 hrs after each meals la, i took like 30 mins later so this time buey zhun. kekeke....lucky or else i going to paranoid again. Going to start taking the test this Friday and Saturday. Nowadays when i think of eat i very fan. Dunno eat what then healthy. How I wish somebody will plan my meals for me every day then I dun need to think n just eat also dun need to worry if its ok or not. Like just now when I had my dinner the vendor puts in a lot of sauce then I beginning to worry if i should finish it, is it going to be too sweet and every thing. aiyo........like that quite cham leh, like can never an xin and eat 1 meal cos scare this scare that. No choice leh, for our Charlene girl mummy cannot afford to take any risk. Just threw away some sweets in my office drawers as well. I dun wan to see sweet for the next few weeks.....Argh...... Caution in everything i eat now. No milo, no sugary drink only Plain water. Eat soupy noodles dun dare to drink the soup. Getting more n more paranoid. I just have to keep encouraging my self, its for baby, its for baby, then I will feel better. Eat healthy pPL! Help me jia you. JIA YOU JIA YOU JIA YOU!!!

Worst thing is my gynae says that ppl who gotten GD high chances that they will develope diabetics later in their life. Most prob before 40 yrs old. That got me thinking again. 40 yrs old!!! I still got so much things to do. So now a lesson learnt, I going to make sure my family eats heathily from now onwards. I dun wan any of my family to b plague by this kind of illnesses. So I got to work towards it first. But of cos not like this that all cannot eat la, still can eat but in moderation lor. Last time I use to take my health for granted, as in this will not happen to me and stuff. So i just eat whatever i wan and whichever i wan without thinking of the outcome. Now i gotten GD i scare liaos. Never will I take my health for granted. Now I just wish that my dear will quit smoking for good. I will also not go back smoking as well. For my dear and our baby daughter, I must be healthy and strong so that I can take care and provide for them. They need me and I need them. So we will all work towards our good health. KAMPATEI NG FAMILY!!

the results came back today and I do have gestational diabetes.........*sob*
so sad.......i think i really ate too much sweets and ice cream. all my fault, i am a bad mummy. sorry baby charlene. mummy will be good now and eat as healthily as I can. Really got to watch my diet now. Collecting the kit to test my blood next monday from the gynae. Got to do it 2 days a week and per day i got to test like 7 times my sugar level.....hopefully everything will go back to normal. hopefully my tiam chianess will not harm Charlene........I will really really watch my diet now......... *sad*

Went for the glucose test this morning. Had to fast since after midnite yesterday, I was freaking hungry this morning but not suppose to eat anything. Went to my gynae and she took 1 big test tube of blood and then asked me to drink 1 big glass of glucose water. YUCKS!!! Its darn sweet for goodness sake. after that got to wait and wait before they take another big test tube of blood again. I almost faint at that moment. No Food and take so much of my blood.................I was kinda of dizzy when they took the 2nd tube...............but there is another tube to go........and so again, i wait and wait and wait....................finally 3rd tube was taken from the same hole.............*ouch*. now got to wait till tomorrow for the results. Praying that everything will be fine.

Time for christmas shopping too, gonna shop early this year (hmmm I said that every year but always ends up with last minute shopping....but this year is completely different, really really have to start early....hee hee.....) as tummy getting big and quite impossible to squeeze with the crowd. So this year I decided to get more organise. I will make a christmas list of what to buy for each and so I just have to grab and go instead of browsing non stop at shops after shops, especially when I dont really have that much stamina to shop for hours now. Already gotten some cards, boxes, wrappers and tiny little stuff to start my shopping. Have you started yet?
Going to see our little girl next Tuesday. Once every 4 weeks scan make me miss her so much. Although after this scan we will be seeing her in every 3 weeks basis I think its still not enough. Should have made it every week what. Or at least 2 weeks once. Hope that everything goes well during this month scan. Doc Chen will be doing another detailed scan in her clinic. Counting down the days where we will be holding our little girl in our arms.

Less then 10 weeks and we will be able to see our little princess! Time really flies.

Today I fell down from my chair in office, getting so clumsy nowadays. Was talking to a customer on the phone n was trying to pick up something and "plop" I was sitting there on the floor. My colleague was bewildered, she quickly help me back to my chair with me still chatting on the phone. That customer still kept asking me a loads of irritable questions but at that moment I was just thinking if baby is fine and everything she say i go "ya ya ya". Pray that baby will be alright, going for my check up in a week time.
