Went to the baby fair at Takashimaya yesterday with my dear to have a look of whats new and check out a few prices of strollers and baby's car seat. The prices gave us a BIG shock. I was looking at this normal looking stroller that cost a whooping $1088!!! Well, there might be functions we are unaware of but thats really too much for a stroller. There is so many preggies around that my dear say we have to be careful not to knock into anybody there.

We went on to look at some other baby stuff. Baby's bottles, baby's socks, baby's cot, baby's clothing, baby's hats........ AND I CAN'T STAND IT ANY MORE!!! I MUST GET SOMETHING!!!!!!!!!!!!! hahaha..........................and so I did. I gotten a couple of baby's rompers that only cost $6 each, a pair of socks that is $2.50, a set of baby's pyjamas for $9.90...........aint that cheap or wat? Wanted to get some booties and mittens but there aint any nice ones.

When I was there I realised something too..........MY DEAR LOVES DUCKIES.........A LOT!!! Why do I say so? Read on......I was browsing through some racks and suddenly my dear come up to me and say "shall we get baby a rubber duckie?" I was like "HUH?" And I thought he was joking and so I looked on, and he didn't say much but follow suit. Then we came to a rack where I saw they are selling this doggie wrist rattle. I showed it to him and say aint this cute? We could put it on baby's wrist and baby can rattle it when baby moves. He said yeah thats cute we should really get it. But his eyes were somewhere else. He is not looking at the doggie wrist rattle I had on hand but his hands were reaching for a duckie wrist rattle. He turn around and say we should get this duckie one cos its cuter. But I say baby is born in the year of dog so should get dog one, but he doesnt wan to put down his duckie wrist rattle and so we decided to get both, he smiled truimphantly. We walked on and he was reaching for another duckie that is attached to a piece of cloth. He asked mi what is tat, I told him its a duckie blankie for baby. He said REALLY??? I say ya, then he say I WANT THIS FOR BABY and he shoved it into his arms with the other items. He told me he could imagine baby dragging the duckie behind when baby started walking. I was shocked.....Hahah.........u know I never thought that he will actually initiate to buy baby something. Cos everytime when I wanted to buy some baby stuff he will say its too early and wait till baby is born and stuff like tat, however yesterday when we are at the baby's fair he is looking around and bringing things to me to tell me that they are nice and stuff like tat. I dunno y but I felt very touched. Cos I saw a father who is also as anxious and excited as me about our new bundle of joy, I saw a doting father, I saw a father who wanted the best for his baby, I saw a father who wants to buy duckies for his baby.......hahaha...............I know I said it million of times but do let me say them somemore, I AM SO IN LOVE WITH MY HUBBY! kekekeke............
