Hiak...hiak....hiak....if u asking me y it doesnt look like moon cake because its not moon cake that we are baking today. We finally came to reality that we are definitely not going to be able to at least make up a mould of a moon cake so we decided to do Cupcakes instead. hee hee......how's tat? Good huh? Erm........I know you must be wondering whats that yellowish cream on top of the cakes, actually that is made up of thickened cream and white chocolate. Its not suppose to be that pattern, but dunno y when the cream come out of the nozzle the shape dun stay. But its a good try and taste............pretty good too. Surprise that we are able to make it on the first try. So I am not bad after all la.

If you are wondering what happen to the KT outing yesterday, its was great fun. Knew a lot of ppl there and its good gathering with the old as well. More photos updates will be up once Nei transfer them to me. But.............just for a kick start...........C THIS!!!!
